This Software Download Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (either as an individual or company) and Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. BY CLICKING ON THE 'DOWNLOAD' BUTTON, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS DOWNLOAD AGREEMENT.
